Complete and submit the Reservation Form.
Click on the Reserve your home button, fill it with ALL the information requested as accurately as possible, pay the $2000 reservation fee, sign the form and hit submit. Make sure you recieve the confirmation email and reciept of payment.
This step will be determined by the payment method chosen
Action: If you opt for bank financing through Banco Interatlântico, expect them to contact you directly within 48 hours of submitting this form. Make sure you are prepared to provide all the preliminary documents mentioned in the bank section of the form. If you decide to proceed with financing through another bank, please contact them directly to start the process.
As soon as you have pre-approval from the bank, you will receive an e-mail with the Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement along with payment instructions.
Action: You must review and sign the Promissory Contract of Purchase and Sale and make the corresponding initial payment
Send your signed Promissory Purchase Agreement along with proof of payment
Action: Upon receipt, you will be assigned a client manager. In addition, you will receive a welcome pack and user access for owners, allowing you to monitor construction progress in real time.
