Step 1 Complete and submit the Reservation Form.
Action: After downloading the reservation form, fill it in with ALL the information requested. Please note that an incomplete form may delay your purchase process. Once completed, send the form to the Value Homes team by email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp to the number 5946966. Make sure to include also proof of payment of the booking fee of 200,000 escudos.
Step 2: This step will be determined by the payment method chosen.
Action: If you opt for bank financing through Banco Interatlântico, expect them to contact you
directly within 48 hours of submitting this form. Make sure you are prepared to provide all the preliminary documents mentioned in the bank section of the form. If you decide to proceed with financing through another bank, please contact them directly to start the process.
Step 3: As soon as you have pre-approval from the bank, you will receive an e-mail with the Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement along with payment instructions.
Action: You must review and sign the Promissory Contract of Purchase and Sale and make the
corresponding initial payment
Step 4: Send your signed Promissory Purchase Agreement along with proof of payment
Action: Upon receipt, you will be assigned a client manager. In addition, you will receive a welcome pack and user access for owners, allowing you to monitor construction progress in real time.
